Healthy and easy to make Wheat Dosa

Wheat dosa is a very healthy easy to make breakfast recipe. This is a common breakfast item of my home during my lazy weekends. Compared to other dosas, wheat dosa is very easy to prepare because no fermentation is required. We can prepare it within 10 minutes. The perfect combination of wheat dosa is with tomato chutney. It also goes well with chutneys (12 variety chutney recipes) or chutney powder.

2 cup of Wheat flour
1 1/2 cup of Water
3 no of Green chilli(optional)
1 no of onion(optional)
Salt as required


Step 01

Mix wheat flour with water and salt to form a thick batter

Step 02

Add finely chopped green chilli and onion.(optional)

Step 03

Make dosa in nonstick pan. Pour the batter and make circular shape with ladle.Cook both sides till crispy.

Step 04

If you are not using nonstick pan,then we need to spread little bit oil on the pan while making dosa.
