Wheat paratha

Indian flat bread


1/2 kg of Wheat(4 cup)
3 tbsp. of Oil.
2 no of Egg
Salt as required
1 1/2 cup of water


Making the Sugar syrup

Step 01

Add water,egg,1 tbsp of oil and salt to wheat flour and knead it properly to make soft dough.

Step 02

Keep it aside for 15-20 min.
Take a ball shape from the dough and make chapathi.

Making the Dough

Step 03

Ghee is added in between and again fold into rectangular shape and again rolled to make cahpapthi.

Step 04

You can make a palin chapathi sahpe and fold it into a flower shape usually we are doing while making paratha.

Step 05

Heat the thava and press the folded flower shaped dough in round chapathi model.

Step 06

Add oil in side when needed.

Step 07

Healthy wheat porotta is ready.Try to avoid maida paratha.
