Ingredients
- 250 ml of Milk
- 1 large Egg
- 1/2 tsp. of Vanilla Essence
- 100 grams of Sugar
- 100 grams of Dates
- 100 grams of Kismis
- 100 grams of Nuts
Method
Step 01
Boil the milk till 1/2 quantity.Let it cool.
Step 02
Beat egg well.Keep it aside.
Step 03
Add sugar and beaten egg to the milk.Stir it well.
Step 04
Pour the milk mixture in to pudding mold. Garnish with nuts,dates and cherry..
Step 05
Cook it in a cooker for 40-45 minutes on low flame, without the whistle.
Step 06
Cool the pudding and then chill in the refrigerator for an hour or two.
Step 07
Serve it cool.
