Pomegranate lassi is a delicious and healthy drink which can be prepared in five minutes. Lassi is one my favorite drink. Lassi is a South Asian based I got this anar lassi recipe from a TV show. Tried it on a weekend and came out well. Kids loved the sweet tangy taste of the drink along with its pink color. How to make Pomegranate Lassi
Ingredients
1 cup of Pomegranate seeds
2 cup of yogurt
1 tbsp of Sugar/Honey
5-10 no of shredded Pistachios
1 cloves of cardamom
Pomegranate Lassi Preparation Method
Step 01
Put Pomegranate seeds and 1 cup of yogurt in blender and make a smooth paste.Step 02
Add remaining curd, Pistachios, cardamom and sugar/honey and just blend for 2 seconds.Step 03
