Spinach Soup
Heathy spinach soup to warm up this winter
Spinach soup is a highly nutritious soup perfect for serving in the winter. It is a very easy to make soup with basic ingredients. Spinach is a must include leafy vegetable in out diet. It is full of anti oxidants, Vitamin A ,vitamin C and other important nutrients. Spinach has the body warm up effect. So winter is the best time to try this spinach soup.

Ingredients
250 of fresh cleaned spinach(I used Palak)
6 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup of milk
1 cup of vegetable stock or water
1 spn. of olive oil
2 no of sliced shallots
1/4 sp. of white sesame seeds(optional)
Salt as required
Spinach Soup Preparation Method
Step 01
Heat 1/2 spn of olive oil in a pan.
Step 02
Add chopped spinach and sprinkle some salt.Saute till spinach cooked.
Step 03
Allow to cool and blend well to smooth paste.
Step 04
Add 1/2 spn. of olive oil in the same pan. Add chopped garlic and shallots. Fry till shallots become golden brown color.
Step 05
Add blended spinach and mix well.
Step 06
Add milk and mix well.(If the soup is too thick, you can add water or stock).Cook in medium flame.
Step 07
When the mix starts to boil,remove from fire. Garnish with dry roast sesame seeds.
