Ingredients

1/2 a cup of Coconut milk
6 medium sized Eggs
100 grams of Sugar
A pinch of Salt
25 grams of Ghee

Method

Step 01

Mix eggs,sugar and salt.Stir well.

Step 02

Add ghee,coconut milk in to this mix.

Step 03

Pour this mix in a pot and cook in steam.

Step 04

After cooling in Room Temperature, Keep in Freezer

Step 05

Cut in to peaces and serve.
