Spicy and crispy chicken fry with dried red chilies and almonds . Fried chicken is liked by everyone. We can serve chicken fry as a starter, side dish or as a snack. This spicy chicken fry I made in a different way by using crushed red chilies and almonds to make this chicken fry crispy and tasty.

How to make Spicy Chicken Fry
Ingredients
500g of chicken
20 no of red chilies
5 no of shallots
10 no of almonds
4 no of garlic cloves
1 small piece of ginger
1 tbsp. of lemon juice
2 springs of curry leaves
Salt as required
Oil for fry
Method
Step 01
Clean and cut chicken in to small pieces.
Step 02
Crush red chillies along with almonds, shallots,garlic,ginger and curry leaves.
Step 03
Marinate the chicken pieces with this crushed mix, lemon juice and salt. Keep in refrigerator for 1/2 hour.
Step 04
Heat oil in a nonstick pan.
Step 05
Add chicken pieces. Cook in medium flame for 3-4 minutes and cover the lid and change to low flame. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
Step 06
Remove the lid and and fry both sides till crispy.
Step 07
Serve hot with ghee rice, roti etc…
