Tender Coconut Pudding

Ingredients

  • 500 ml of Tender Coconut water
  • 1 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 10 grams of China Grass
  • 2 Cups of Tender coconut
  • 1/2 cup of Milk
  • 1/4 cup of Sugar

Method


Step 01

Take half of tender coconut water,mix sugar and boil well.

Step 02

Add remaining tender coconut water and china grass.

Step 03

Remove from flame when china grass get dissolved.

Step 04

Pour this hot mix in a plate.Keep in refrigerator

Step 05

Add tender coconut paste in to this mix.Remove from flame.

Step 06

Keep in refrigerator.when it become cold,cut in to peaces and serve with pudding.
