Delicious and healthy bhurji with egg,spinach and vegetables
Egg bhurji with vegetables – A healthy dish to start your day!. It is an easy to make, simple side dish with all the goodness of carrot, spinach and egg . I tried this recipe for my kids who are not much interested in having vegetables . But they like eggs. So what I did is just combined all and made this bhurji. My idea worked well and they finished the bhurji within minutes. Egg bhurji goes well with roti (You can make a roll and have for breakfast, dinner. No need of any side dish), bread, chapathi etc.. You can even have with rice. (Rice, tomato chutney and egg bhurji is a delicious combination) .Hope you will will like this egg bhurji with vegetables. Ingredients
3 no of Egg
1/2 cup of chopped spinach
1/4 cup of finely chopped carrot
1 no of Onion
4 no of Green chillies(optional)
2 springs of Curry leaves
1/4 spn. of Turmeric powder
1/6 spn. of pepper powder
Salt as required
1 spn. of oil
Method
Step 01
Finely chop all the vegetables. Keep aside
Step 02
Heat oil in a pan.
Step 03
Add all the vegetables and saute for 2-3 minute.
Step 04
Add pepper powder,salt and turmeric powder.Mix well and saute for 1 minute.
Step 05
Add beaten egg and mix well.
Step 06
Cook for more 1-2 minutes and keep whisking.
Step 07
Serve hot with rice,bread,roti etc…
Step by step egg bhurji recipe :
1.Finely chop all the vegetables. Keep aside

2.Heat oil in a pan.Add all the vegetables and saute for 2-3 minute.

3.Add pepper powder,salt and turmeric powder.Mix well and saute for 1 minute.

4.Add beaten egg and mix well.

5.Cook for more 1-2 minutes and keep whisking.
