Semiya payasam is a delicious and easy to prepare dessert. We get this dessert with south Indian meals from restaurants. I used to prepare this kheer 2-3 times in a week for my kid. He is a great fan of this dessert (he named it as “nool payasam” :)).
I have also added some dry fruits like chopped figs, crushed almonds and pistachios while preparing this vermicelli kheer. Dry fruits helps to increase kids bone health and eye sight. Also it will get richness of making a single dish.
I have tried some nutritious kids special sweet recipes like Beetroot carrot kheer, Carrot shake, Kerala banana shake(plantain shake) etc…
Hope you all will like this tasty semiya payasam recipe. Please try it out and let me know how it turned out for you
